Pre-built Learning Paths are the Key to Rapid Content Curation

That’s how L&D professionals are approaching this new world of remote work. We’re seeing learning play a key role in helping to support key talent, manage employees through rapidfire change, and prepare their organizations for a post COVID-19 world. 

L&D professionals need to find an efficient way to meet those needs as quickly as possible. It’s tough when they spend nearly one third of their time (29%) on building and sourcing learning content, according to the LinkedIn Learning 2020 Workplace Learning Report. In fact, these activities took far and away more time than delivering compliance training, promoting learning programs, or identifying skills gaps.

The name of the game today is rapid content curation with pre-built curated learning paths

Having a learning library of 16,000 relevant, up-to-date content in multiple languages is great, but having curated learning paths of top courses can make an even bigger impact. In March, we saw a 100% increase in the creation of learning paths compared to those created in February.

Our team looked at the most popular courses trending right now on LinkedIn Learning and worked closely with dozens of content managers to create a new learning path of 20 courses entitled, “Supporting Your Well-Being During Times of Change and Uncertainty.” The full list of courses below represents a starting point. Feel free to copy and customize it by adding other videos that you like, changing up the order, adding course descriptions, grouping content into sections, or including internal custom content. We hope that this learning path can help you cut down on your content curation time and deliver the right learning—at the right time—to your employees.
