How it works
The One-Month HR Challenge: Preparing for a Hybrid and Skills-first Future will run for four weeks, from 19th October to 12th November. For the first three weeks, you will receive an email giving you free access to a new course on the future of work. In the final week, you can take part in an online workshop hosted by LinkedIn where we will share insights and practical tips to help drive a skills-first and hybrid organisation. Once you’ve completed the challenge, share your One-Month HR Challenge certificate with your LinkedIn network.

Q: Who can join the challenge?
A: The One-Month HR Challenge is open to any professionals in the HR space in Asia-Pacific who wish to deepen their knowledge in this area. Whether you’re a HR leader, Talent Acquisition professional or Employee Engagement expert, this is for you.
Q: Is there a deadline to join?
A: You can register to participate in the challenge until 12th November and you can watch all of the courses you have missed, for free, until 15th November.
Q: What happens if I join late?
A: You can still complete the challenge and take part in the online workshop, Practical Insights & Tips to Prepare for a Hybrid and Skills-first Future. For the best experience, we strongly encourage you to sign up before 19th October.
Q: Any other tips for success?
A: There will be a new course to learn every week for the first three weeks. As they typically take 30 minutes to complete, we recommend pre-scheduling this time in your calendar each Tuesday for the duration of the challenge.
