Employee Feedback as fuel for business success

As a fast-growing FinTech company, PayMaya's focus in 2020 was on supporting their employees through a tumultuous year, specifically on physical and mental well-being. Employee feedback and action were a core part of their COVID response strategy. Enabled by data from their Glint engagement survey, they recognised that communication was an area of opportunity for them to strengthen employee support and take specific action using that feedback.

Now, with the return to normal in the form of the move to a hybrid workforce, Glint-powered feedback allows PayMaya to be much more targeted in its planning and action-taking. PayMaya has recognised the importance of managers in building employee engagement and driving its success. As a key part of its strategy, it is now empowering managers, many of them first-time managers, with the skills they need to have conversations with their teams and take relevant action at a local level.
