ATSG has fully embraced remote work since the start of the pandemic. A fast-growing IT services provider, they were able to adapt more quickly to change and growth but also found new challenges — from maintaining standards for new hires to keeping employees engaged. An outdated approach to training
With a lack of in-person training and development opportunities during the shift to remote work, ATSG needed a new learning approach that would offer custom content to address needs across different types of roles, as well as different regions, languages, and time zones. Without structure and clear learning goals in place, employees didn’t always know where to turn for development and career growth. And leaders didn’t have visibility into learning and development activities to inform their strategy and recommendations.

They now have customized learning paths in place to quickly get new hires up to speed and standardize management training. With LinkedIn Learning Hub, employees can access all educational content in one platform, and leaders have an aggregated and holistic view into company-wide learning. Employees are engaged with the content and finding opportunities to connect with colleagues by sharing ideas and accomplishments with LinkedIn Learning Hub’s community-based learning capabilities.
