MGM wanted to provide frontline workers with upskilling opportunities so they could retain top talent in the competitive Las Vegas market. To do so, they needed a way to scale learning to every employee of their 24/7 organization, the majority of whom don't work a 9-to-5 schedule.
LinkedIn Learning provided the backbone for MGM's development program. With 15,000+ courses that are available on-demand and on any device, LinkedIn Learning could support every member of MGM's diverse organization.
Soon after launching the program, the MGM team had their pilot group completely full and a waitlist had to be created. So far, dozens of employees have graduated from the program with multiple graduates receiving promotions.
