Leverage learning to spark transformation
As a people-focused business, Globe was committed to investing in its employees – known internally as Ka-Globes – and infusing its organization with the knowledge and skills to support digital transformation, foster customer centricity, and build business-critical capabilities.
Leaders recognized that the right learning solution would enable them to empower employees with these skills and take a more holistic approach to talent attraction, development, and engagement.
Globe sought a committed learning partner that could provide expert insights on innovative learning approaches to support its capability-building strategy and offer a wide variety of high-quality learning content to accommodate its diverse learning requirements.
THE SOLUTION
A collaborative approach to L&D
Globe worked closely with its dedicated team of experts at LinkedIn to roll out the LinkedIn Learning Enterprise Program across its entire company – including integrating the platform into Workday to provide seamless access to learning content.
More than 100 learning champions collaborated with subject matter experts to co-create more than 1,800 competency and role-based learning pathways, including special pathways to support new employee onboarding and the development of high-potential talent.
With the help of LinkedIn, Globe is integrating learning across its entire talent lifecycle – from acquisition to performance reviews.
