With LinkedIn Learning Enterprise Program, CACTUS is building a company-wide culture of learning – with team members watching more than 10,000 videos in just a few months and learning anytime, anywhere, in the language of their choosing.
Empower all staff to take charge of their development
As a global, remote-first organization, CACTUS sought a learning solution that could encourage ‘Cactizens’ to dream big and take risks by upskilling, exploring areas of interest, and ‘owning’ their professional growth.
With some team members unsure of whether online learning would be useful to their career development, L&D leaders needed a convenient solution that offered a wide variety of relevant, high-quality learning content in multiple languages, including Mandarin and Japanese.
Learning when, where, and how you want it
Following a successful pilot, CACTUS rolled out LinkedIn Learning across its entire organization globally.
The business drove uptake with videos, webinars, and learning competitions. It also leveraged top learners to create their own videos about the skills they were learning.
To drive remote engagement, L&D leaders recommended relevant courses focused on helping staff develop a growth mindset. They also built new learning pathways, mapped existing roles to LinkedIn Learning content, and began incorporating learning content as a prerequisite to manager training.
